As we grow in the Bangladeshi market, we are looking for passionate and proactive Sales Executives to represent our brand in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Dear Priyota products to retail customers and beauty shops
- Visit different beauty salons, parlors, and cosmetic shops for product marketing and demonstrations
- Build and maintain relationships with retail partners and customers
- Reach monthly sales targets and report progress regularly
- Support brand activities like pop-up events and customer engagement campaigns
- Collect market feedback and suggest improvements
- Represent the brand with passion, respect, and professionalism
Educational & Experience Requirements
- Minimum qualification: HSC or equivalent
- At least 1 year of sales or customer interaction experience (beauty or lifestyle industry preferred)
- Smart appearance and strong communication skills in Bangla (basic English is a plus)
- Must commit to working with the company for at least 1 year

Position Summary
We are hiring a Facebook Live Host & Engagement Executive who will represent Dear Priyota during live sessions on social media, present products effectively, and communicate directly with our customers in real time. This role is perfect for someone confident in front of the camera and passionate about beauty, fashion, and lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities
- Go Live on Facebook to present Dear Priyota products regularly
- Speak confidently, clearly, and emotionally to engage viewers
- Explain product features, benefits, and ongoing offers
- Reply to customer comments and inbox messages during and after live sessions
- Build brand trust and encourage product orders
- Collaborate with the internal team for order follow-up and reporting
- Maintain a professional yet warm and elegant online presence
Requirements
- Female candidates only
- No formal education required
- Must be presentable, smart, and expressive on camera
- Fluent in Bangla (basic English is a plus)
- Comfortable using social media, especially Facebook Live
- Strong communication and selling skills
- Must be committed to working every day (no weekly off)
- Prior experience in live selling, customer service, or cosmetics sales is a plus
