SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline

All orders are shipped directly from our Dear Priyota warehouse in China & Hong Kong.

Processing Time: 1–3 business days

International Transit to Bangladesh: 25 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)

Domestic Delivery in Bangladesh: Additional 3 working days via our trusted local logistics partners.


Total estimated delivery time: 28 business days

 

2. Shipping Charges 

Flat Delivery Fee Inside Dhaka: ৳100 and Outside Dhaka ৳120 

Currently, we only offer delivery within Bangladesh.


3. Tracking & Order Updates

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.

Our customer care team is available on WhatsApp, Messenger, or support@dearpriyota.com to assist with any delivery queries.

 


RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love everything you receive from Dear Priyota. But if something’s not right, we’re here to make it right.

1. Garment Products (Apparel)

Eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Valid proof of purchase is required.


2. Beauty Products, Skincare, & Lingerie

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these items are not eligible for return after delivery.

However, you must check instantly upon receiving.

If you notice any issue (damage, wrong item, etc.), report it within 24 hours of delivery.

Delayed claims will not be accepted.

3. Return Request Procedure

Email us at support@dearpriyota.com or message us on Facebook/Instagram with:

Your order number

Clear photo of the item

Reason for return or issue 

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless:

You received a wrong or defective item

In such cases, we will arrange a reverse pickup or compensate for return costs

 

5. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7 working days via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer.

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, store credit or a refund will be offered.
